We wanted to know what our customers thought about our customer service and whether we were providing an efficient and friendly service.
During February 2009, we surveyed a number of our customers who had visited our Customer Services team at the Civic Centre to find out what they thought about our customer service, our results showed that:

97% of customers said our team provides a friendly and polite service

99% of customers said that their enquiry was explained to them in a clear way that was easy to understand

99% of customers said that they had the opportunity to ask questions if they needed to

99% of customers said that they had found it easy to contact our team and receive help at the civic centre
The results of this survey told us that our customer services team are providing an excellent service to our customers, we will continue to monitor our customer service performance and will carry out future surveys to ensure that our high standard is being maintained.
